Banoffee pavlova

This salted caramel banofee pavlova was created for the 2024 autumn menu launch at Love Shack restaurant in London It is completely vegan and gluten free. It is essentially a deconstructed banoffee pie in a pavlova format: a meringue base, a mound of vanilla whipped cream, topped with salted caramel, chocolate banana dust, and brûléed banana.

It remains the most popular dessert on the menu today.
